The Professional Development Program (PDP), sponsored by the Hunt Staff Benefit & Development Foundation, was founded in 2006 to supplement the education professional hunt staff receive on the job.
The PDP is led by MFHA Director of Hunting Andrew Barclay. During this yearlong course, each participant receives an extensive library of hunting books, audiotapes, DVDs and pamphlets.
On May 27, the 2022 graduating class was formally honored during a ceremony at the MFHA headquarters in Middleburg, Virginia. Attending graduates included:
