The Monmouth County Hunt has a deep history as one of the oldest hunts in the United States. The hunt country is located in close proximity to the kennels. Hounds go out two days per week, and hunting is primarily fox. The cubbing season begins in mid-August with the formal hunting season starting in late October. Our season extends through March. MCH is located in Central New Jersey, midway between NYC and Philadelphia within minutes of the Horse Park of New Jersey.
