Friday, July 26
- 2:30 PM – Meet to load bus at Boar’s Head Resort for kennel tours of Farmington and Keswick Hunt Clubs
- 6:00 PM – BBQ dinner at Keswick Hunt Club (Bus transportation provided back to Boar’s Head at 8:30 PM)
Saturday, July 27
- 9:00 AM – Welcome and Opening General Session “The Future of Hunting with Hounds in America: Politics, Youth, Social Media” (Featured speaker: Evan Heusinkveld, President and CEO of Sportsmen’s Alliance)
- 10:45 AM – Breakout Sessions
- Where In the World Is That Perfect Hunt Horse?
- Where Did All the Hunt Country Go?
- 12:00 PM – “Tall Tales from the Field” Luncheon with Guest Speaker Adren Nance, MFH, Juan Tomas Hounds and MFHA Rocky Mountain District Director
- 1:15 PM – Afternoon General Session “What the Heck Are Those Hounds Doing? And How Can You Tell” (Featured speakers: Cody Feureisen, Ken George, Ashley Hubbard, Erin McKenney, Paul Wilson)

- What Do You Wannabe? How to Be a Good Member/Field Master/Whipper-In/Huntsman/Master
- The Latest in Hound Health Research and Disease Prevention with Dr. Christine Petersen
- 6:00 PM – Ticketed dinner and silent auction at Boar’s Head Resort. Tot Goodwin, MFH, Goodwin Hounds will be presented with the inaugural MFHA Distinguished Lifetime Retired Professional Staff Award. Cocktail hour begins at 6:00 PM; Dinner begins at 7:00 PM
Sunday, July 28
- Sunday on your own to enjoy Boar’s Head Resort and historic sites in the beautiful Charlottesville area!
- 10:00 AM – Option to attend kennel tour of Bull Run Hunt (No transportation provided)
